Redstart Northwest completed substantial enabling works including bulk earthworks required to redevelop a former mill site.

The site comprised approximately 2Ha of former industrial land. A bulk earthworks operation was required to generate the construction platform prior to construction of 45 houses with associated infrastructure and landscaping.
